ELLIE Goulding has turned heads with a bold topless snap, sending a strong message after parting ways with her surfer ex-boyfriend.The 38-year-old singer, known for hits like “Lights,” ended her relationship with surf instructor Armando Perez in October. 

On Monday, she shared the cheeky photo with her followers, giving off confident single-girl energy.

In the photo, Ellie is seen posing topless, cleverly using two glasses of white wine to cover up.She’s also wearing a beige jacket draped over her shoulders and a pair of high-waisted trousers in the same tone, creating a stylish and slightly cheeky look. 

Ellie recently became single again following her split from husband Caspar Jopling, which was confirmed in February last year after four years of marriage.

After her separation from Caspar, with whom she shares a four-year-old son named Arthur, Ellie began seeing her latest partner Armando.Their relationship appeared to have quietly ended after a few months, with reports saying it fizzled out naturally. 

A source shared with the Mail: “She is a big pop star from England while Armando’s whole life is based here in Playa Hermosa. He loves it here and I doubt he would have any plans to leave.”

“Their lives are very different and so it was natural for them both to eventually move on. But they still remain great friends.”Back in February 2024, Ellie and Armando were spotted getting affectionate in Costa Rica, confirming their romance at the time. 

He was seen holding and kissing her during a private surf lesson on the beach.

Someone close to them said at the time: “Ellie and Armando seemed very into each other. ““They share a lot of interests including their love of nature and the ocean.” 

“Armando runs a surf school on the beach with his brother and he has been giving Ellie lessons.”

“When Armando wasn’t teaching Ellie, he couldn’t keep his hands off her and pulled her in for a hug and a kiss.”“Ellie looked blissfully happy and was laughing and joking with him as they messed around in the sea.” 

It was originally reported by The Sun in mid-2023 that Ellie’s marriage to Caspar had been going through a rough patch.
